Grisolles Dining Table

Designed by Kathryn Ireland, this beautiful dining/breakfast table by Julian Chichester has African Walnut legs with a contrasting polished Red Travertine or Viola Marble top. A contrasting Aged Brass inner square makes up an elevated symmetrical stretcher.

African walnut, sometimes referred to as Amazaque, is a beautiful, close grained, stable hard wood which has a finish somewhere between black walnut and Rosewood. Our African Walnut is sealed and finished by hand using natural Tung Oil, therefore variations in depth of colour is inevitable.

Red Travertine is one of the World’s most rare travertine varieties. The vein cut leads to white and red veins; sometimes the veins are irregular and can be seen as intricate wave like detailing on the stone surface. Please note variation in the finish is inevitable.
