The Julian Chichester showroom is the perfect place to view our collections. We are situated on Queens Elm Parade as the Fulham Road crosses with Old Church St in Chelsea, London. If you wish to see a particular piece, please call us in advance to double check. Although we display a large variety of pieces from our line we are unable to represent everything. Our warehouse is located in Bordon, Surrey and is accessible by appointment only for meetings and to view our outlet. We understand that finish samples are a vital part of pulling together a scheme. We have samples of almost all the materials and colour variations that we offer. If for some reason we don’t have the one you want, we will endeavour to our best to help. You can request a sample from our showroom, a Julian Chichester representative or despatched directly to you within 5 working days. We understand that not everything about our furniture ticks every box, the good news is that you can customise our designs to suit your individual needs. You can choose to customise our furniture with small changes, adapt the finish and size, or make larger distinctive alterations. All you need to do is send us your specifications either as text or as a sketch and we’ll provide you with a full quotation and shop drawings. The length of time it takes for us to fulfil your order will more often than not be product dependant but as rule lead times from payment received (approx) are as follows:
Stock items: 7-10 working days
Bespoke Items: 12-16 weeks from receipt of deposit and where applicable CAD drawing & sample approval
Colourist Items: 6-10 weeks from confirmation of colour and sheen
Wired to order lighting: 3-4 weeks
Upholstery: 3-5 weeks from receipt of fabric

Absolutely, as part our Switched on Service most of our lighting is available for despatch or collection within 24 hours. In addition to this, we try to keep all of our product well stocked, it’s always worthwhile calling us to check quick if quick despatch/collection is available. Julian Chichester provide a White Glove, unpack and install delivery service to UK mainland, ground floor, all of which is included in the price of our goods.
Any additional floors, flights of stairs or extra man power is charged at additional rate.
Once you have confirmed you can receive delivery, please allow 7-10 working days for this to be processed, during which time a Julian Chichester designated Freight Forwarder will contact you directly to book in a date and time. Specific delivery dates and time slots are available upon request but are charged at an additional rate.
