individual needs. 

We have offered a custom and bespoke furniture service for over 20 years. Our experienced in-house design team can help with the customisation of an existing Julian Chichester design or curate together to create something bespoke and unique.

Having our own manufacturing capabilities means that high volume rollouts or specialist industry requirements, such as for Hospitality or Yachts, together with their stringent durability, surface and weight testing, are all a matter of course.

Custom Request Form

Finishes: View online at www.julianchichester.com, and email sales@julianchichester.com to request samples. Each finish has its own coded reference, which we will require you to use below, unless we are matching to your own sample.

Design Changes: Please state clearly, drawers not doors, cable holes, cutlery drawers, etc. Provide a sketch if possible. Clearly advise any additional requirements, such as any TV hardware, electrics, ventilation, mini bar, fridges, cable tidies etc. Where upholstery is involved, please also confirm any specific requirements regards buttoning, piping, studding, nailing, etc. Full Specifications are required in order to prepare design drawings, further amends will be charged extra

PLEASE NOTE THE BELOW INFORMATION REGARDING CAD DRAWINGS AND APPROXIMATE LEAD TIMES:

CAD and CO samples are provided on receipt of order, upon payment of a 50% deposit.Samples required at the quoting stage will be charged separately as below:

UPON RECEIPT OF YOUR CAD DRAWINGS YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A CONTRACT OF AGREEMENT

Regardless of deadline, we work on a 14-20 week lead time which can vary due to the requirements of the design or its finish, overall complexity and shipping schedules. Some bespoke orders are more technical and unique than others and therefore may require you to provide specifications resulting in numerous CADs to be resubmitted. These drawings are to show clearly the design, construction, reinforcement and materials selected; all features required in making such an item. Drawings are required to be inspected in detail by the Consultant Designer, signed for approval or resubmitted for updates. Once a CAD has been approved, Julian Chichester cannot be held responsible for any interpretations deemed incorrect upon delivery.

FINISH REPRESENTATION

As we photograph in multiple locations with varying degrees of both natural and flash lighting, our images are for general representation only. Please note that our finishes are hand applied therefore variation in colour, texture and appearance is inevitable. We do provide samples which can be requested by emailing sales@julianchichester.com
