A beautiful elegant dining table in the manner of Peder Moos, made in Quarter Sawn Bleached Oak OR Light African Walnut. Thin light top on turned tapering legs with lovely contrasting dowel detail on the top and the legs.
Our Quarter Sawn Bleached Oak finish gives a totally natural look and feel. Due to the level on tannin content in each piece a slight variation is inevitable. A degree of flecking and knotting will be more present on larger surface areas.
African walnut, sometimes referred to as Amazaque, is a beautiful, close grained, stable hard wood which has a finish somewhere between black walnut and Rosewood. Our African Walnut is sealed and finished by hand using natural Tung Oil, therefore variations in depth of colour is inevitable.
