For environments with high usage, such as a desk chair, it is recommended to use protective felt pads on the feet in order to prevent excessive wear and tear. Upholstery: Unless otherwise instructed at the point of order, our upholsterer/s will, depending on the type and thickness of fabric/leather/velvet, use their own discretion when deciding how to proceed with placement, piping, studding etc. As walnut wood ages, its inherent oils and resins may become more pronounced, contributing to a deeper colour. The natural aging process enhances the wood’s beauty and can lead to a warm, rich appearance.
